Ongoing Technology Transfer Negotiation after Business Meetings

CDA, Due Diligence, Data Room, FTO, MTA, CMC, IND
We provide continued support to
help buyer companies maintain interest
and proceed to the next stages following initial meetings

After meeting with potential buyers,
we support them in sustaining interest in the technologies we introduce and help guide them through the next steps.
Once a CDA (Confidential Disclosure Agreement) is signed, technical and research teams from both parties hold online group meetings to discuss the technology in depth and engage in detailed Q&A.
A data room is then opened to review the credibility of supporting data, including results from in-vitro and in-vivo animal studies.
Due diligence is conducted, covering IP-related Freedom to Operate (FTO) analysis, CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls), and review of documents related to FDA IND (Investigational New Drug) submissions.
We provide comprehensive consulting support throughout the entire process to ensure smooth and effective progress.
